Custom Picture Framing Bundaberg

Oi! A nice young fella from out Biggenden way got me ta frame up these Holden posters. He is mad on Holdens and has a few tucked away. I find it really sad that we will not be building Holden or Ford utes anymore. No more put together by Australian hands. A shame and an end to a terrific part of our history. I love watching old car ads from the 70's. They are so cool. I would love ta have a dirty old HQ Kingswood with a bench seat in the front and 3 on the tree. But I am the proud owner of a couple of 1975 XB Fords which were built in Melbourne and Brisbane so I am happy with my bit of Aussie motoring history. And lucky. I love how there is a big resurgence in people of my age wanting old cars from when we were younger. And young guys want them which is even better. So much fun driving them compared ta new cars. Oh yeah, here is a another classic piece of Aussie history, a restored 1957 Victa "Toecutter" I scored off a Mate, I am going ta hang it on the wall in my shop. Bugger these people that say material possessions don't make you happy. I love having cool fun things around me. Reminds me of my past and where I come from.🇦🇨️

Hey Ho! It is International Women's Day! Have a great day ladies, especially my Mummy who bought me into the world! Here are a couple of examples of fine Womanhood. The first being some prints of "Barbie After Dark" that a young lady client bought in recently. She purchased them from the Artist in New York City. Barbie is a great example of a confident, assertive woman who always dresses nicely and takes care of herself. She never seems ta get any older! The other photo is our Possum Patsy munching on a grape who lives in our roof above the kitchen. She has been there 10 plus years and I have never wanted her gone. Patsy is also a confident Woman as she has had plenty of gentleman suitors over the years. She has many flings with the local boys as we hear them loving and fighting often. She never lets them move in. She is always with child and has reared many before booting each of them out into the world. I am sure there is some trendy possum night club somewhere nearby as I hear them running amuck and see them on my security cameras coming and going.

Hey Ho! I was a bit quiet work wise but know flat out again and will be right up to Easter. Here are some nice prints that I just completed and gone straight ta the pool room! Blows me out how much detail artists put into intricate pen drawings. Much talent.
On a personal level today is day 71(Xmas eve) since I have drunk any alcomohol and have lost 7.5 kgs in 6 weeks due to me finally discovering the magical world of calorie counting. I have had enough of hearing about people of my vintage dying by various health reasons and sometimes of their own hand through depression. I plan on a semi retirement in a few years and will start a new stage of life enjoying time with Jules floating into our "Golden Years" as she puts it. I am on track ta lose another 7 or 8 kilos and then I will get fit. Next mission. Life is great and I wish to enjoy it. I have worked since I was 16 so I sure as hell do not wish ta drop dead in a couple of years before I enjoy some time of absolute freedom in retirement. I can taste it!

Happy Valentines Day all you young lovers! Now here is a lovely piece of artwork that I framed for a chap sometime ago who went through a divorce! As plenty do.
I am lucky enough to be married to my best Mate who is faithful, honest and always ready to help me out with all my issues or problems. Bumping into Jules is the best thing that ever happened to me and I am extremely lucky to have her. When I was younger I used ta want to hold hands with every good looking girl in the universe but now I just want to hold hands with her. Love is a powerful thing and I have had a broken heart or two when I was younger and I do understand why people have necked themselves over lost loves although it is an incredibly stupid thing to do. I combated it by large consumption of alcohol but remember you always wake up the next day! You don't wake up from suicide i always tell my son.
If someone deeply loves you be good to them. They are to be treasured.
